"I specialize in deep tissue and cranial sacral therapy. I am certified in a wide array of modalities including Swedish massage, reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and many more. REIKI is probably my favorite form of healing along side bodywork. I love incorporating the energetic approach with the physical touch. As a trauma informed therapist, I work with all walks of life and aim to help any kind of person I can. Whether you're straight, queer, BIPOC, young or old, you're in good hands. I am also trans bodywork informed and have a specific skill set regarding working on scar tissue & with people who may have some reluctance when it comes to receiving bodywork. I also have a special place in my heart and in my work for people who suffer from mental illness, chronic illness, and those who are immunocompromised. I promise you're in good hands. I became a massage therapist because I am drawn to help heal those in need. And I know what it's like to live in pain even after you've tried everything. Whether you receive bodywork consistently, or you've never had a massage before in your life, I've got you. I love crafting, cooking, being outside, and my cat Pita."
